H & C Applications
We help our eligible clients to apply for permanent residence from within Canada on
humanitarian and compassionate grounds (H&C) upon meeting the following requirements:
- Applicant is a foreign national currently living in Canada
- Applicant needs an exemption from one or more requirements of the IRPA& IRPR
- Applicant’s situation has some humanitarian and compassionate considerations
- Applicant is not eligible to apply for permanent residence from within Canada in any of
other classes
